Typing Chimp Software, LLC is a Limited Liability Company formed in California. Formerly Weiss eCreative, the company was established in 1999 by a professional screenwriter living and working in Los Angeles who saw an opportunity to make available a system he's been using for years. We currently sell and support four software packages: Character Pro 5 and QuickStory 5, Parent Softworks 3 and Life Plan Writer 5.

Our Web site will never serve up annoying pop-ups or set cookies on your computer. We are dedicated to privacy and security. If you make an order, your information will be stored on a computer that's not connected to the Internet or any network. The information is stored only so we have a record of the purchase in case you ever need support. Our fulfillment partner Emetrix handles the credit card transaction and fulfillment of the orders. This is their entire business. They provide a very safe and secure environment for our customers and that's important. We knew we wouldn't be assured of the same level of security if we tried to handle it on our own servers. We feel 100% secure with Emetrix.

It is important to stress that Typing Chimp Software is dedicated first and foremost to customer support. We will never ignore a question, no matter how simple. We're dedicated to producing quality software, never releasing any product that is not fully ready to go.
